Sabrina Marie (Gross) Harris, of Moore, passed away Thursday November 20, 2025, in Oklahoma City at the age of 63. A celebration of Sabrina's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, November 30, 2025 at The Glory Barn Church at the Big Brown Barn, 6400 S.E. 89th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73135. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at the Bob and Mae Weaver Memorial Sanctuary at Kiowa Cemetery, Kiowa, officiated by Pastor Rebecca McCaslin. Honorary pallbearers will be Drew Delapenha, Joseph Shadd, Sr., Joseph Shadd, Jr., Malachi Delapenha, and Silas Delapenha. Sabrina was born on July 10, 1962, in McAlester, Oklahoma, to John and Tommie Louquetta (Birdwell) Gross. She graduated from Savanna High School in 1981. After graduation, she began her professional career with the Internal Revenue Service, working mainly in Oklahoma City and Denver, Colorado, for 15 years. She later transitioned to the oil and gas industry, working for The Wood Group, Summit Energy, and was currently employed with Halliburton Energy Services as an accountant in Oklahoma City. Sabrina was an active and devoted member of her church community. She was athletic, playing basketball and softball, and she enjoyed watching Major League Baseball. She loved her pets—especially her beloved dog, Boomer—and the many others she cared for throughout her life. Sabrina was preceded in death by her parents, John and Tommie Louquetta Gross; paternal grandparents, Oliver "Lee" and Katherine Gross; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Pearl Birdwell; brother, John Clifford Gross; sister, Lisa Renee LeFlore; aunts, Leatrice Joy "Ninky" Birdwell and Iris Aline Reeder; and cousins, Gary Reeder and Karen Reeder. She is survived by her brother, Chris Gross; nieces, Nita Shadd and Jacque Delapenha and husband, Drew; great-nieces and great-nephews, Nikki Shadd, Joseph Shadd, Jr., Jasmine Shadd, Malachi Delapenha, Silas Delapenha, Ariya Delapenha, Camille Delapenha, and Kyla Delapenha; cousins, Tommy Reeder and wife, Linda, Penny Reeder, and James Reeder; close and longtime friends, Melauna Wescott and husband, Lee; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jaime and Kathey Riley; along with many other cherished family members and friends.
