Judith Dianne Cochran, age 72 died Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Integris Baptist in Oklahoma City.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Indianola Cemetery with Lynn Barlow officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of McAlester.
Judith Cochran was born on April 3, 1944 in Indianola to Roy and Bobbie Sue (Barlow) Young. She grew up in Indianola and moved to Okmulgee where she graduated from high school. She attended Southeastern State College then received her Masters degree in social work from the University of Oklahoma. Over the years she lived in many different places, including Ada, Okmulgee and McAlester, where she was associated with Young's TV Sales and Repair. After living in Chandler with her daughter recently, she chose to come home to Indianola for her final resting place.
Survivors include 1 daughter and son-in-law, Aimee and Alan Lowry of Chandler and she helped raise a son, David Jennings of Okmulgee; grandchildren, Mason Alan Lowry and Sara Katherine Lowry; 2 brothers and 2 sisters, Dean Barlow and Kendall Young and Brenda Young Granzo and Sue Ann Young Harmon; numerous aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces and nephews.
