Malinda Anne Freer, 32, beloved daughter of Edward and Jane Freer, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2026. Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at Hugh Low Cemetery in Scipio, Oklahoma with Pastor Mike Perry officiating. Burial will follow. Malinda was born on September 23, 1993 in Mountain Home, Idaho to Edward and Jane (Rains) Freer. She graduated from the Unity Christian Academy in Clarksville, Tennessee. She was a Nurses Aide for Home Health. She was a big lover of animals and loved riding horses. Survivors include her parents, Edward and Jane Freer; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Michael and Bryanna Freer, and Matthew Freer; and a son, Cole Freer. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Winfred and JoAnn Rains, and Ralph Freer; uncle, Thomas Rains; and aunt, Christie Chapman.
