Angela (Angie) Sue Day, 55, of Hartshorne, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023 in Hartshorne. She was born on November 12, 1967 in McAlester to Tomas and Alma (Bevans) Lozano. She enjoyed reading, taking care of animals and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Seth Alan Nichter, Tomas Dale Lozano and Gina Brianne Day; grandchildren, Madilyn Lozano, Mary Jane Lozano, Tomas Lozano, Jr., Layden Haskins and Lilah Cox; brothers, Doug Lozano and David Lee Lozano; sisters, Tommie Louise Harvey and Glenn Johnson, Bettie Jo Harris and Sam Mattioda. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tomas and Alma Lozano; first husband, Bobby John Nichter and ex father-in-law, Mark Day, Sr. Active pallbearers will be Carter Haskins, Tomas Lozano, Travis Adams, Mark Day, Jr., David Spears and Tom Irish, Sr. Honorary pallbearers will be Dalyn Johnson and Jarrod Holt. Services will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 13, 2023 at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home Chapel in Hartshorne with Lonnie Clunn officiating. Burial will be at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Hartshorne. After the services the family will have a meal at the First Christian Church in Hartshorne.
