Dorothy Lee Sparks 90 of Wilburton passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025 in Wilburton, Oklahoma. Visitation will be on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home in Hartshorne. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 7, 2025 at the Elmwood Cemetery Pavilion in Hartshorne. Burial will follow. Dorothy was born on September 11, 1934 in Boise, Idaho to Anthony (Butch) and Ruby (Niday) English. She married Jack Richard Sparks on August 27, 1964. Dorothy enjoyed sewing, crocheting and singing. She was of the Assembly of God faith. Survivors include sons, Charles Curtis Langford, Timothy Ray Sparks and wife Michelle, daughter Sherry Lennette Rosson; six grandchildren, Crystal Quinn and husband Adam, Sam Rosson and wife Kendall, Nicholas Sparks and wife Tara, Nathanial Sparks and wife Rebecca, Toni Valdez and husband and husband Jesse, Taylor Ryther and husband Nathan; 10 great-grandchildren, Bethany, Madison, Dakota, Zayne, Irelynd, Kyllian, Kaydee, Lauren, Remi, Independence, Lexi, Cali and Jaycee. Sisters, Alice Stenhouse and husband Everette, Donna McNary, Linda Ulrey and husband Duane any many special nieces and nephews. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Ruby English; husband, Jack Richard Sparks; Sons Gary Lee Langford and Jonathan Jack Sparks; granddaughter Diana Marie; Sisters Janice Blackburn and Sharon Lindsay. Dorothy leaves behind her a legacy of love and faith.
