Brumley-Mills Funeral Home
Submitted by: Carol Rice

Terry Dean Langford, 81, of Muskogee, formerly of Haileyville, passed away Tuesday, May 14, in Muskogee. Funeral services are set for Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home Chapel in Hartshorne. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery. Terry D. Langford was born on Feb. 17, 1943 in McAlester. She grew up in the Hartshorne/Haileyville area but moved to California as a teenager, where she completed her high school education. She came back to Haileyville in 1976 and married Robert Langford in 1978. He preceded her in death in 2015. Terry worked as a home health provider for several years, then went to work as a cook at Haileyville schools, a job she loved dearly. In her spare-time she enjoyed gardening, feeding the hummingbirds and squirrels and going to garage sales. Above all that, though, her real joy came with spending time with her family. Terry is survived by her children, John Lee West and wife Kim, David W. Langford and wife Melissa; grandchildren are LaDonna West, Allen and Brandy West, Mariah West, Justin and Jessica Clemmons, Andy Langford, Alyssa Langford, and Addison Langford, along with several great grandchildren. Her siblings include Ann Peoples, Pete Sartin, Eddie Sartin and Linda Gaegos. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Langford; her parents; and a son, Tim R. West.
