Autumn Leshae Evans Hawkins, 23, of Krebs, died Thursday, December 4, 2014 in Tulsa. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m., Sunday evening at Bishop Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 8 at Bishop Chapel of Memories with Rev. Art Dodd officiating. Interment will be at Blue Cemetery. Service arrangements are under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service. Autumn was born November 22, 1991 in Ada to Charles Robert Evans and Misti Melendez Hawkins. Despite her lifelong disabilities she truly loved life and her friends. Her eyes and smile would light up the room. She was a member of Faith Fellowship Church and was an honorary member of Priesthood Motorcycle Ministry. Survivors include her parents: Tony & Misti Hawkins, Charles Robert & Daniale Evans; her siblings: Shelby Hawkins, Kirstin Hawkins, Bella Hawkins, Kylie Evans, and Gabrielle Evans; grandmothers: Joy Evans, Betty Hawkins. Also, great-grandmother: Pauline Harris; aunts & uncles: Cindy & Rusty Wisely, Kami & Tony Runyon, Gino Melendez, Lani Melendez, Debbie Judd Sims, Darren & Melanie Evans, Bobby & Kristen Taylor; nephew: Landon David Ray Hawkins; special friend: Sonny Sam; and numerous extended aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Ignacio Melandez and Mary Melendez; paternal grandfathers: Richard Hawkins, Sr, Charles Evans; uncle: Richard Hawkins, Jr; and cousin: Jesse Runyon. Pallbearers will be Brayden Hackler, Caleb Cowen, Ronee Blaylock, Erin Jones, Cody Lively, and Nathan Maxwell. Honorary pallbearers will be Tyler Bannerman and Cody Runyon.
