Patricia was the embodiment of selflessness and devotion, characteristics that shone brightly through her work as a nurse. After completing her education at Grove High School, she advanced her aspirations in the medical field by becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse through Kiamichi Area Vo-tech. For over 30 years, Patricia dedicated her life to the care and well-being of others, serving with compassion and diligence at various nursing homes in Tulsa. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold McMahan; her mother, Nelda Hardy; her beloved granddaughter, Jillian King; her brothers, Carl and Calvin McMahan; and her nephew, Levi McMahan. Their memories remained close to her heart and continued to guide her loving spirit. The legacy of Patricia's kind and caring nature is carried on by her adored family. She is survived by her loving husband, Bill "Bugsy" Brown of the home; her devoted daughters, Leah King of Kiowa, Tamara Pratt of Stillwater, and Stephanie King and Henry Masters of Dallas, Texas. Her brothers, Michael McMahan with his wife Summer of Arpelar, William McMahan with his wife Annette of Anderson, Missouri, and her sister, Jeanie McCabe with her husband Jared of McAlester, also cherish the memory of their nurturing sister. Her numerous grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends continue to feel her presence in their lives, a testament to the immeasurable influence she had on so many. Patricia’s interests reflected her loving and adventurous spirit. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Her love for the open road was evident in her many road trips in her convertible Ford "Mustang Sally". Furthermore, her passion for crocheting and gardening brought beauty into the world and solace to her heart. Patricia lived a life marked by love, adventure, and selflessness, inspiring all who knew her. Her absence leaves an undeniable void, but her memory will persist as a guiding light in the lives of those she loved. A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. Patricia (McMahan) Brown will be profoundly missed, yet her essence will remain an everlasting treasure in the hearts of her family and friends.
