Carter is preceded in death by his aunt, Samantha Barlow, who undoubtedly welcomed her beloved nephew with open arms. He also joins his great-great-grandmother, Della Conover; great-great-grandfathers, Harold Edwards, Steve Spears, and Gerald Phipps, in a place of eternal peace and love. In his time here, Carter's spirit was a reminder of the preciousness of life and the connections that bind us all. His family takes comfort in knowing that his journey continues beyond the veil, and they find strength in the love and the memories they carry forward. Carter Wayne Williams, though his physical presence is no longer with us, will forever be a cherished soul, a beacon of love, and a beloved member of a family that adores him.
