January 2006 Tillie "Izetta" [Stanbrough] Crenshaw Allison February 23, 1921 ~ January 25, 2006 Tillie Izetta Stanbrough Crenshaw Allison, 84, passed from this life, Wednesday January 25, 2006 at the Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. Izetta was born February 23, 1921 in Fallis, Oklahoma, to Harry and Josphine [Hoover[ Stanbrough. She married Claude Edward Crenshaw who died serving his country. Izetta later married R.D. Allison on June 17, 1946 at the local park in Cushing, Oklahoma. She served her family as a homemaker. Izetta loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Survivors include: Two Sons: Ray and Diane Crenshaw of Backus, Minnesota. Gary and Evelyn Crenshaw of Coyle, Oklahoma. Three Daughters: Patricia and Grant Praytor of Atoka, Oklahoma, Kay and Billy Gregory of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Gayle and Fred Jones of Agra, Oklahoma. Five Sisters: Bonnie Hurst of Cleveland, Ohio, Lorena Miller of Lucerne, California, Wilda Smart of Mountain View, Arkansas, Ruth Stephens of Claflin, Kansas, Barbara Landis of Edmond, Oklahoma. Twenty two grandchildren and Twenty one great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, three sons, James, Ronald and Larry and her daughter, Linda Sue, four brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 28, 2006 At the Chapel of the Palmer Marler Carberry Funeral Home, 5106 N. Washington, Stillwater, Oklahoma. Rev. Donald Crenshaw will officiate. Burial will follow at the Sunset Memorial Gardens, Stillwater, Oklahoma. |
