Dighton-Marler Funeral Home Perry, Oklahoma September 2019 Rose Lee [Frame] Parks January 23,1938 ~ September 28, 2019 Rose Lee Parks, 81, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 2 at 10:30 am at Perkins Cemetery in Perkins, OK . Dighton Marler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Rose was born in Perkins, OK on January 23,1938 to Richard Bert and Ethel Irene [Reynolds] Frame. She graduated High School in Perkins and lived most of her life in the Perkins-Stillwater area. She married Farold Collins in 1963 and to this union one son was born, Farold Earnest Collins II. In 1966 she married Phil Comeaux and to this union one son was born, Philip Sheldon Comeaux, Jr . After retirement as the Deputy Court Clerk from Payne County, Rose enjoyed reading, working in her yard and spending time with family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Bill Holle and one brother, Richard "RB" Frame III. She leaves behind her children; Farold and Lisa Collins and Phil Comeaux of Stillwater, OK. One stepdaughter, Cyndi Lessing of New York. Two Grandchildren; Joshua Collins and Paige Collins- Garcia. And two great grandchildren; Natalie Peterman and Sequoia Collins-Garcia. Sister Jo [Gene] Hauf and one brother Tony [Cindy] Frame. The family would like to send a special thanks to Karmen Legacy Hospice and the staff at Westhaven Nursing Home for the loving care they provided to her.
