Donna June Biswell Hollingshead, passed away on March 1, 2009 in the Linwood Village Nursing Home at the age of 67 years.
The daughter of the late Roy Biswell and Ruby Sisson Biswell, Donna was born on September 3, 1941 in Cushing where she was also reared and educated, graduating from Cushing High School.
She was united in marriage to Bill Hollingshead and he predeceased her.
Donna attended the Free Will Baptist Church in Oilton.
She enjoyed gardening, painting, collecting antiques and doing crafts.
Prior to her retirement, Donna had worked for the Cushing Regional Hospital for several years as an inpatient analyst.
Survivors include her daughter, Alisha Hollingshead of Harrah; one brother Gerald Biswell of Cushing; two grandchildren, Caden and Nevaeh Godwin; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Lavon Biswell and Dale Biswell.
Services will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in the Memorial Chapel of the Davis Funeral Home with Reverend Gerald Biswell, with the Verdigris Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Euchee Valley Memorial Park Cemetery.
