She was born August 22, 1926 in Brookville, Kansas to Edward E. and Anna W. [Livengood] Yoder. She worked for many years as a Unit Clerk at Goshen Hospital, Goshen, IN. A pastor’s daughter, she married a pastor and eventually became ordained herself. She loved the fellowship of the Church of God and Crossings Community Church. An avid quilter, she enjoyed playing all kinds of games with her family. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, James Larimore and Bill Livingston, son, Terry Larimore, brother, Clarence Yoder, and sister, Edna Lancaster. Survivors include her daughter, Margaret Larimore of Galesburg, IL, brother, Raymond Yoder, 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be Friday, November 16, 10:00 am at Crossings Community Church Chapel with private family interment in Lawson Cemetery, Yale, OK. |
