November 1923 Carol Ann [Castle] Knipe April 25, 1932 ~ December 20, 2009 Carol Ann Knipe, 77, passed away December 20, 2009 at her home in Edmond, Oklahoma, surrounded by her family. She was greeted at the gates of heaven by her mother, Amanda Nell [Allen] Castle. Ann was born April 25, 1932 in Oklahoma City. She was an avid Oklahoma State Cowboy fan. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Morris Lynn Knipe; son, David Knipe and wife Leslie; daughters: Lea Ann Patterson and husband Glen, and Mandy Hayward and husband Chris; sister, Jane Perry; brother, Bob Castle and wife Lori; and grandchildren: Steven Patterson and wife Caroline, Samantha Patterson, Jake Hayward and Halle Hayward. Ann is preceded in death by her parents, Edgar L. and Amanda Nell Castle. Funeral services: Tuesday, December 22, 2009, at Crossings Community Church, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Graveside Knipe Cemetery in Perkins, Oklahoma. |
