Drumright, Oklahoma February 1933 August 4, 1896 ~ February 9, 1933 Funeral services for Byron Rathbun, 36, who was burned to death when a gasoline drum exploded, spraying him with burning oil last Friday at Drumright, were held in the First Baptist church at Oiton Sunday, the Rev Charles King of Stillwater officiation. Burial was in the Odd Fellow cemetery at Glenoe. The deceased is survived by his wife and two daughters. His parents live in Arkansas City, Kan. There are two brothers, Leonard and Archie Rathbun. He was the son-in-law of George Gilliand, living near Glencoe. |
