© Strode Funeral Home Stillwater, Oklahoma March 2006 June 3, 1948 ~ March 28, 2006 Jerry Lee Radford, 57, of Ingalls, died Tuesday, March 28, 2006, in Ingalls. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Strode Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Stanley Buckmaster officiating. Interment will be in the Glencoe South Cemetery. He was born June 3, 1948, to Elmer Radford and Aline Cook, in Stillwater, and married Thelma Sharpton December 30, 1965, in Stillwater. He attended schools in Ponca City and Stillwater. After school, he worked as a carpenter, roofer, carpet layer and concrete finisher, until 1976, when he began working for Mercury Marine, where he worked for 22 years before retiring from the position of group leader in receiving because of a disability. After he left Mercury, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He enjoyed being with his family, and one of his greatest joys was fishing with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all. His parents preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, four sons and their wives, Arthur and Sarah Radford of Guthrie, Brian and Sheila Radford of Ingalls, Chuck Radford of Ingalls, and Roy and Pam Hensley of Maramac: eight grandchildren, Josh, Ashley, Lyndi, CJ., Christian, Austin, April and Matthew; one brother, Mike Radford of Ingalls; one sister, Barbara Delaney and her husband Jack, of Stillwater and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Steve Kirkpatrick, Tim Ross, Tim Rains, Mark Delaney, Bobby Radford, and James Bales. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Rains, Tony Hancock, and Rick Cook. |

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 9:00am to 8:00pm with family greeting guests from 6-8pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 2:00pm at Victory Christian Center in Stillwater. Interment will follow at Glencoe South Cemetery in Glencoe, Oklahoma. Dighton Marler Funeral Home of Stillwater has been entrusted with arrangements. Sarah was born on April 1, 1970 in Oklahoma City to Carlos McPherson and Gail Marrow Amos. She was raised in Guthrie, Oklahoma by her mother and step-father Johnny Marrow and later moved to Stillwater and graduated from Stillwater High School in 1988. Later in life she attended Platt College and got a degree in Phlebotomy in 2006. She married Arthur Radford on April 15, 1989 in Stillwater, Oklahoma at the Seven Day Adventist Church. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandkids. She enjoyed playing games on her phone and board games with family and friends. Sarah is preceded in death by her mother, stepfather and biological father. She is survived by her husband Arthur Radford, children, Joshua Radford, Lyndi Radford and Austin Radford; her grandchildren; Isabella Radford, Abagail Radford, Avery Sutterfield, Grayson Radford, Darrell Gottfried, Robert Gottfried, Samantha Burruss, and her siblings Sherri Rains, Christie Shelley, Brian Radford and Chuck Radford.
