Carrel Caroline Moore Moss, a former longtime Cushing resident, now of Broken Arrow, passed away July 28, 2009 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 65 years.
The daughter of the late Eldreth Dan Moore and Caroline Harriet Shotwell Moore, Carrel was born on October 8, 1943 in Cushing and was raised and educated here, graduating from Cushing High School.
She was united in marriage to William “Bill” Moss on March 20, 1982 and he survives her of the home.
Carrel was baptized into the First Baptist Church at Cushing.
She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, playing the piano, camping, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her husband Bill of the home, she is survived by two daughters, Michelle Miller of Broken Arrow, and Kristina Moss of the home, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 2 P.M. in the Memorial Chapel of the Davis Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Clouse, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery.
