Carol [James] Kerby
January 24, 1935 ~ July 26, 2019


Carol was born in Cushing on January 24, 1935 to Ray and Florence Culp James and died Friday July 26, 2019 at Hennessey Care Center.

She married Ronald “Boots” Kerby in Cushing on February 10, 1956.

Carol is survived by one son Raymond Kerby and wife Amelia of Hennessey; three grandchildren Rox Kerby and wife Melinda of Oklahoma City, Grant Kerby of Hennessey, Autumn Kerby McFeeters and husband Drew of Lamont; four great-grandchildren Lexy Bourland of Oklahoma City, Marshall, Kassidy, and Makenna McFeeters.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Kerby; one sister Zola James Evans; two brothers Melvin James and Marvin James.

Memorial donations may be made in her name to the Community Action Team for Nursing Home Projects with the funeral home serving as custodian of the fund
