Billy Don Hayter, lifelong resident of Cushing, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2008 at his residence at the age of 45 years.
The son of the late Donnie Lee Hayter and Eddie Ann Maret Hayter, Billy Don was born on March 9, 1962 in Cushing and was reared and educated in Cushing.
He was currently employed with the Earl-Le Dozer Service in Drumright.
He enjoyed grilling out; spending time with his friends and was considered by his friends as being a very loyal and caring individual.
Survivors include his son Ian Lee; his brother, Rex Hayter and his wife April; his nieces, Katelyn and her daughter Abby Ann and Kelsey and her son Kaden Lee, and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 25, 2008 at 2 P.M. in the Fairlawn Cemetery.
The family will greet friends on Sunday afternoon from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. in the Floyd Family Center, east of the Funeral Home.
