Nora J. Menicus Ferrell
December 30, 1894 ~ October 17, 1986


Nora J. Menicus Ferrell, died October 17, 1986 at the Drumright Memorial Hospital at the age of 91.

She was born December 30, 1894, at Macks Creek, Mo., to John and Margaret Menicus.

She and Emery Ferrell were married February 11, 1917, and moved to the Pleasant Hill community, later to Drumright. Ferrell and one son James Willard preceded her in death.

Survivors include a son Jess of Benton, Arkansas, and one sister Callie King of Los Angeles, Calif.

Funeral services were held in the Bailes Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Esther L. Dillon, Church of God Drumright and Harley Streets, officiating.

Pallbearers were C.E. Flewellen, Elmer Holder, Gail Bear, Robert Carter, Bill Ferguson and John Harris.

Interment was in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Cushing, under the direction of the Bailes Funeral Home.
