Nancy Jo [Pridmore] Curry
December 16, 1945 ~ October 25, 2006


Nancy Pridmore Curry, a native of Cushing, passed away on Wednesday morning, October 25, 2006 in the Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa at the age of 60 years.

The daughter of the late Eddie Pridmore and Joy Leazure Pridmore, Nancy was born on December 16, 1945 in Cushing and was reared and educated here graduating from Cushing High School.

Her parents had owned and operated Eddie's Grocery here for many years.

She was united in marriage to Hervin Curry on November 16, 1973.

Nancy enjoyed visiting with her family and friends; playing bingo and going to the casino. Survivors include her husband Hervin of the home; one sister Joy Dell Taylor and her husband Keith of Oklahoma City; two nieces Shannon Taylor and Marci Ware and her husband Cal; three great nieces and nephews including Abbie Webb, Andrew Webb and Avery Ware, and other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 27, at 1 P.M. in the Fairlawn Cemetery with Pastor Kevin Clouse, Pastor of the First Church of God officiating.
