He attended the Council Valley Baptist Church in recent years where he was baptized.

Survivors include his children, Johnnie Lee Anderson from Miami, OK, Jerry Edward Pierce from Allenhurst, NY, Johnnie Loretta Sneed from Cushing, Tina Marie Foresee from Yukon, Genevia Kay Bonney from Cushing and Janie Lynn Anderson from Cushing; his siblings, Jimmie Anderson, Ronnie Anderson, Tommy Anderson, Betty Wickett, Joyce Wilson and Alice Jones all of Cushing; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Anderson, Gale, 76, industrial inspector, died May 17. Services 2 p.m. Tuesday, First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ [Davis, Cushing].

Gale Anderson, known by his family and friends as “Froggy”, longtime Cushing resident, died from cancer on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 76 years.

The son of the late Virgil and Christine (Hudson) Anderson, Gale was born on September 22, 1940 in Cushing and was raised and educated here, graduating from Cushing High School in 1958.

He loved his work as an industrial inspector, building and racing his own race car, watching and attending drag races, riding motorcycles & taking motorcycle trips with friends and making people laugh by telling stories and jokes.
