August 2019 Nancy Ann [Myers] Williamson October 10, 1949 ~ August 31, 2019 Nancy Ann Williamson, 69, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday August 31, 2019. Nancy was born October 10, 1949 to Cleo and Melba Myers in Goodland, KS. She graduated from high school in Ponca City, OK in 1967. After high school she attended Oklahoma State University to get her bachelors degree and masters degree. She went on to fulfill a successful teaching career, at all levels, as well as raising her 2 daughters. After retirement, Nancy spent most of her summers in, her favorite place, Colorado, with Russell and her dogs. She enjoyed hiking, walking their dogs, meeting new friends and enjoying the cool mountain air. She also recently enjoyed spending time at their home on Grand Lake with dear friends and family. Nancy had many other hobbies including quilting, sewing, exercising and being involved with her 5 grandchildren. She was also an active member of East Cross United Methodist Church in Bartlesville, OK. Nancy is survived by her loving, caring husband of 25 years Russell Williamson, her 2 daughters Sarah Eads of Cypress, TX and Lindsay Guier of Argyle, TX. Her 2 son in laws Daylon Eads and Jarod Guier and her 5 amazing grandchildren that loved her so dearly. Parker Eads 18, Emma Eads 15, Shaun Guier 14, Reese Guier 12 and Brandt Guier 5. Nancy was also survived by her 3 sisters Cheryl Brewer of Burbank, OK, Linda Rogers of Cushing, OK and Lori Ysaguirre of Argyle, TX. She will be greatly missed by everyone. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents Cleo and Melba Myers of Cushing, OK. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Stumpff Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements will be held at East Cross United Methodist Church in Bartlesville on Friday September 6, 2019 at 10 am with a burial service following in Cushing, OK. |
