Georgie Ruth Zieglowsky, beloved mother and grandmother, passed from this life into the arms of her savior Jesus Christ on October 16, 2022 at the age of 95 in Tulsa, OK.
Georgie was born on March 9, 1927 in Midland, Texas to Hugh and Alta Mae Castleberry. After many years working as an Accountant, Georgie finally retired to care for her ailing parents. She eventually settled in Cleveland, Oklahoma with her husband Wilmer to fish and relax on Keystone Lake.
Survivors include daughter Cindi Knapp and son-in-law Bruce; daughter Suzi Levan; Grandson Sean Noel and husband Michael; great grandchildren Koda and Pressley; and many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Georgie was preceded in death by her husband Willmer Zieglowsky; parents Hugh and Alta Mae Castleberry; Infant brother Johnny; Son-in-law David Levan; grandson Scot Levan; Uncles Hub Castleberry and Eddie Arnold; Aunts Ruby Epley, Thelma Gage and Minnie; and cousin Jimmy Gage. The family would like to offer their sincere appreciation to all the staff at Season's Hospice and Aberdeen Memory Care of Tulsa.
Services will be held graveside on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 2:00pm. Family has requested memorial donations be made in honor of Georgie to The Alzheimer's Association. Burial will be held in the Woodland Cemetery - Cleveland at Cleveland, Oklahoma. Chapman-Black Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.
