Walker, Mildred Margaret (Mahan), 93, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on November 14, 2012 in Rockwall, TX. Mildred was born September 8, 1919 in Oilton, OK.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Chapman-Black Funeral Home, 108 W Delaware in Cleveland Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Wesley Mahan and Annabelle Adams Mahan; husband Paul E. Walker; 2 sisters Irene Brandt and Maxine Mahan; brothers Marvin Mahan, Gordon Mahan, Kenneth Mahan, Lloyd Mahan, Wayne Mahan; grandson, Douglas R Walker, granddaughter Megan Moll , and great-grandson, Aaron Walker. Mildred married Paul E Walker on March 26, 1938 in McPherson, KS. During their marriage Mildred and Paul lived in McPherson, KS, Wichita, KS, and Herington, KS. During their time in Herington, they owned and operated the town's dry cleaning shop. While living in Herington, Paul and Mildred enjoyed travels with the Happy Wanders Camping Club and square dancing. In the mid-seventies, Mildred and Paul moved to Cleveland Oklahoma and later to Claremore Oklahoma. In Claremore, Mildred loved to swim at the exercise center and spend time at the Claremore Senior Citizens Center. She loved to cook and entertain her family and friends. Family get-togethers were very important to her and she always showered those around with love and good food.
She is survived by brother, Dale Mahan; children, Paul G Walker and wife Kaye, Raymond V Walker, Debbie Bein and husband Ron; grandchildren, Stephen Walker and wife Nancy, Chad Walker, Matt Walker and wife Shelley, Nick Walker and wife Mindy, Gretchen Walker, Amy Johns and husband Brian, and Nathan Moll; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Paul Edward Walker was born on June 30, 1915 and passed away on November 30, 2000.
He married Mildred Margaret Mahan on March 26, 1938 in McPherson, KS. During their marriage Mildred and Paul lived in McPherson, KS, Wichita, KS, and Herington, KS. During their time in Herington, they owned and operated the town's dry cleaning shop.
