Charles Louis Gaasch

Charles Louis Gaasch was born April 1, 1944 to Troy Louis and Cleffie Gaasch in Henderson, Nevada. He departed this life September 24, 2020 at the age of 76 years.

As a young adult he worked as a butcher for a number of years before going to work at Kwikset as a machinist and eventually retiring. After losing his first wife, Joyce Gaasch, Charles would find love again. He was united in marriage December 23, 1993 to Susan Bourassa.

Charles enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing dominoes and watching the Oklahoma Sooner Football team on television. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Susie Gaasch of the home; two children, Steven Gaasch and wife Kendra and Tammy Rowland and husband Robert; two step children, Dusty Bourassa and Scherry Hanson; one daughter in law, Stacey Gaasch; thirteen grandchildren, Jeremy Gillick, Tiffany Rowland, Robert Rowland, Cameron Rowland, Shane Gaasch, Angela Gaasch, Brent Gaasch, Payton Gaasch, Stefanie Gaasch, Zander Dickson, Ben Dickson, Makina Dickson and Jordan Hanson; three great grandchildren, Zoey Rowland, Kira Rowland, Aiden Gaasch and one on the way, Everleigh Joyce Gaasch.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Joyce Gaasch; three sisters, Janet Kay Adkins, Willadine and Wilmadine; one brother, Junior Gaasch and one son, Troy Gaasch.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Thursday, October 1, 2020 at the Hutchins Maples Matherly Chapel. Interment will follow at the Sunrise Cemetery in Kellyville, Oklahoma.
