Betty Faye Cavett Campbell

Betty Faye Campbell was born June 29, 1929 in Stillwater, Oklahoma she was the oldest of nine children of Earl and Ruby (Wright) Cavett.

Betty married James Nelson Campbell on September 7, 1948 and they had two children Alan and Glennis. After working for 16 years at the Cimarron Toll Booth near Sooner Lake, Betty retired and she and James bought a house in Pawnee, Oklahoma.

James passed in 2006

Betty loved Family gatherings and visiting with all her relatives. She attended most baseball and football games of her grandchildren and great grandchildren through the years. Betty also enjoyed working in her flower beds and never met a weed that she liked.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Dianna Newman, Wanda Waters, Earlene Justus, Jo Johnson, Ronnie Cavett, Bob Cavett, Asa Cavett, and her husband James Campbell. Betty passed at 93 years of age.

Betty is survived by her brother Richard, both of her children and grandchildren, Aaron Leigh, James Alan Campbell and Jessica Campbell Kato. There are also many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and others who called her grandma Betty or Auntie Betty. She will be greatly missed.
