Mark Owen Cecil Robinson
December 5, 1972 ~ June 18, 2009

Mark Owen Cecil Robinson, a beloved husband, father, son, and brother died on June 18, 2009 at the age of 36 years. Mark was born December 5, 1972 in Stillwater, Ok to James Owen and Sandra Sue (Karraker) Robinson. He graduated from Stillwater High School in 1991 and attended Oklahoma State University. In school Mark played baseball and played the viola in the orchestra.

Mark had a career working for Quebecor World Color Press starting first in Stillwater then transferring to Quebecor World Color in Oklahoma City where he was the purchasing agent and supervised the press area. Later he accepted a promotion and managerial position with Quebecor World Color in Reno, NV. Mark moved back to Oklahoma and worked at Walmart where he met his wife, Lori who was attending OSU. Mark and Lori were married December 16, 2007 in Lake Tahoe in CA. Later Mark ran a bulldozer and did construction work.

Mark was very talented at remodeling houses and could figure out how to build anything just like his grandfather, Cecil Karraker. Mark loved his wife, Lori and his children. Mark enjoyed spending time with them, taking them for rides on his four wheeler, going fishing and swimming, camping out and showing them how to build an open pit dutch oven like he did when he was a cub scout and he enjoyed taking them to the movies. Mark was a kind-hearted soul that would give you the shirt off his back, if you needed it.

Mark had three children from his first marriage, Bradley Michael James Robinson, Bailey Elaine Robinson and Benjamin David Robinson. Mark is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Cecil Wilson Karraker of Stillwater, Ok and his paternal grandparents Art and Lynn Robinson of Pawnee, OK, and two uncles David Bear Robinson of Stillwater and Roy Robinson of Pawnee. Mark is survived by his wife, Lori Jean Robinson of Glencoe, his three children in Edmond, Ok, his sister, Jill Denise Robinson of Los Angeles, CA, his maternal grandmother, Iva Karraker of Stillwater and his parents of Glencoe. Survived also by his uncles and aunts, Gordon and Mary Kay Karraker of Dallas, TX, Darrell Karraker of Cushing, Ok, Ron Karraker of Stillwater, Ray and Marie Robinson of Pawnee, Carol and Lee Bledsoe of Ralston, Art Robinson of Glencoe, Jackie and Mark Darrah of Tulsa, Fred and Kathy Robinson of Stillwater, Ronnie and Kate Robinson of Canadian, TX, numerous other family members, and his special friends David and Teresa Brunnemer of Stillwater.
