Janel Ruth (Tannahill) Hooper, of Wagoner Oklahoma. Born September 3, 1955 in Pawnee Oklahoma passed from this life May 14, 2020 in Tulsa Oklahoma.

She is survived by her husband Tommy Ray Hooper of Wagoner, daughter’s Angie G Williams of Cleveland Oklahoma, and Carrie D Foreman (Robert) of Pryor Oklahoma. Five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, three siblings. Beverly Cavett (Richard) of Pawnee, Connie Rosson (Roy) of Pawnee, Ron Tannahill (Elaine) of Cleveland. Along with multiple nieces, nephews and friends.

Preceded in death by both parents Alfred and Ina Tannahill, nephew Justin Cavett, and niece Jeana Devillier.
