Sharon Kay Yelton passed from this life on November 11, 2024, at the age of 78, in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Sharon was born on February 1, 1946, in Cleveland, Oklahoma, the daughter of Clarence Yelton and Clara (Warren) Yelton. Sharon grew up and attended school in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Sharon spent many years at Hominy First National Bank before dedicating an impressive 31 years to Indian Electric Cooperative.

Sharon liked to grow flowers, especially Rose of Sharon bushes. She was also an avid watcher and buyer of the QVC Channel. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents Clarence Yelton and Clara Yelton.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 14, 2024, at Dixie Bear Creek Cemetery in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Chapman-Black Funeral Home will handle the arrangements. Friends and family may visit Sharon's online guest book and memorial page at www.chapman-black.com.
