Tammy Joe Stevens was born February 25th, 1973, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She passed away on December 23rd, 2024.
She attended Owasso High School 1987 - 1990, She graduated from Putnam City Senior High School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in 1991. Tammy attended Tulsa Community College, Northeast Technology Center, and Platt College.
During her lifetime she worked as an Optician and the chef in nursing homes.
She is survived by: Mother: Patty Jo Fry of Owasso, Father: Tim Black of Ponca City, Step-mother: Kathy Dawson of Perkins.
Children and Grandchildren: Ryan Gillette and Fiance Elizabeth Montoya, and son Ben Gillette, of Fort Worth, Texas. Samantha Glisson, and daughter Aaleiyah, of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Christian Cornett of the home.
Brothers and their families: Travis Black and wife Jennifer, and children Abby, Amy, Joslyn, Alex, Megan, Claire, and mattie, of Wasilla Alaska. Nathan black and wife Lacey, and children Buckley, Lindy, Trey, and Gauge of Ocala, Florida.
Sisters and their families: Natalie Bowman and husband Andrew, and children Bennett and Lincoln of Luther, Oklahoma. Amy Black and husband Patrick, and children Noah and Asher of Claremore, Oklahoma.
Uncle: Ross Scoggins, jr., of Owasso, Oklahoma.
Cousins: Cassidy Vogel, of Bixby, Oklahoma, Chelsea scoggins, of Norman, Oklahoma, and Mellissa Hamer of Owasso, Oklahoma, and numerous other cousins, aunts, and uncles in Oklahoma and throughout the United States.
She was preceded in death by: Her grandparents: Ross and Thelma scoggins of sperry, Oklahoma, and Matt and Dora black of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Great grandparents: Wat and Josie Conatzer of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She enjoyed cooking and entertaining family and friends, arts and crafts, and decorating her home. Above all else: she loved Jesus, Christ, and her children Ryan, Samantha, and Christian..
