Riley Breann Weeks, 5 month old daughter of Daniel Chase Weeks and Shannon Leann Grim, died at 9:33 P.M. on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at the family home in Barnsdall.

Riley was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on April 5, 2018.

Survivors include her parents, Daniel Chase Weeks and Shannon Leann Grim of the home in Barnsdall, a brother, Mason Weeks, her maternal grandparents, Charles and Melissa Grim of Barnsdall, her paternal grandmother, Dorotha Weeks of Barnsdall, her maternal great grandparents, Beverly Crowley of Wynona, Randy Lane of Wynona, and Andy and Georgia Grim of Barnsdall and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
