Harley Eugene Haddock, 80, passed away in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on Sunday, September 24, 2017.
Harley was born on September 3, 1937 In Barnsdall to Parents Willis and Pearl (Anthony) Haddock.
He graduated from Ponca City High School in 1955. After graduation, Harley decided to serve his country and joined the United States Navy.
On August 1, 1958 Harley married Beverly Ann Patton in Claremore, Oklahoma. Beverly preceded him in death on March 18, 2013.
Harley was an absolute whiz with numbers and he did accounting for REDA Pump for many years. When REDA Pump was sold, he went on to work at TRW, and later KYRA Oil Co, and Conoco Phillips.
Harley was always very active, and enjoyed playing many sports. He liked to play golf, baseball, golf, basketball, golf, bowling and golf. He also enjoyed golfing, as well as playing cards in the clubhouse after golfing. He especially enjoyed Sunset Golf Course, where he was the Treasurer for many years. He was also a member at Hillcrest Country Club. Harley was a family man, and loved playing with his Grandchildren.
Harley is survived by his 2 Sons, Michael Eugene Haddock and wife Linda, of Grand Lake, David Lynn Haddock and wife Carey of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. His Daughter Lisa Ann Fox and her husband Craig of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. His grandchildren, Crystal Stafford, Stephanie Hiemstra, Heather Miller, Michaela Haddock, James R. Edwards, Steven Edwards, Ashley Townsend, 7 Great Grandchildren and a Brother-In-Law, Lee Dodge of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Visitation will be held at Stumpff Funeral Home in Bartlesville. Funeral Services will be 10am, Thursday, September 28, 2017 in the Barnsdall Stumpff Chapel, with Interment with Veterans Honors to follow in the Ethel Reece Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home and Crematory.
