Brendasue Darlene Myers

myers-b-d

January 23, 1961 - May 11, 2025

Brendasue Darlene Myers, 64, of Claremore, Oklahoma passed away Mother's Day, May 11, 2025 in her home in Foyil. She was born on January 23,1961 in Stilwell, Oklahoma to Floyd Ezra Myers and Alasace Louvain (Sullivan) Myers.

Brendasue was a Volunteer Firefighter and First Responder for Peninsula Fire Department, Cleveland, Oklahoma. She did this job selflessly, dropping everything when a call came in, rushing to a fire or accident to help others.

In her younger years she enjoyed line dancing. Every week she and her besties would have their girl's night out, dancing the night away.

She loved animals, starting with her pony, Trouble, she had when she was a child.

Throughout the years there were many beloved pets. Her three dogs, Minnie, Missy and Junior were more than just pets. She always said they were her family. And the goats. She was the goat lady spoiling her goats.

Being a grandma was certainly her favorite title. From seeing a grandchild several times a week, to missing the ones she didn't get to see very often. She loved them all with all her heart.

Brendasue is survived by her children: William "Billy" Richey and wife Heather and Richard "Ricky" Croll and wife Kalen, grandchildren: Ashton Richey, Peyton Richey, Landon Richey, Asia Roper and Conrad Croll, Siblings: Mary (Myers) Lawrence and husband Bob of Claremore, Oklahoma, Hattie E. Myers and husband Don of Worcester, Massachusetts, and Helen (Myers) Musgrove and husband Eddie of Flippin, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, April Dawn Richey, parents, siblings: Floyd Lee Myers, George William Myers, Bob Joseph Myers, Frank Edward Myers, Melvin Wesley Myers, Marvin Lesley Myers, Maudie Ann (Myers) King and Clara Jean Myers.

Brendasue left many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends and her loving pets. She will be missed by us all.
