Morris Hazen was the son of Charlie Morris Hazen (1878-1963) and Corrine Law (1887-1951). His paternal grandparents were Samuel Albert Hazen (1855-1931) and Emily Lanning (1853-1941) d/o James Lanning and Arvilla Mathews of IN.
Morris married Thelma Irene Langley on 6 Apr 1929 in Fairfax, Osage, OK. She was born 28 June 1911, d/o James William Langley and Alma Sandbach.
