Jeffery Lee Ray, 49, passed from this life on December 22, 2022, at his home in Hominy, Oklahoma
Jeffery Ray was born September 13, 1973, to Major Ray and Shirley Ray (Atkinson). Jeff grew up with his brother, Todd. He attended high school in Sand Springs.
Jeff enjoyed water skiing with his daughter and hanging out at the lake with his family. Fishing with his dad and brother brought him great enjoyment. Jeff enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved the outdoors and going on long drives. Jeffery worked as a linesman, until he got sick fourteen years ago.
Jeff loved seeing Tiffany happy. Although Jeff could not verbally communicate well, he seemed to always let the family know he loved us in his own special way.
Jeff is survived by Daughter Tiffany Ray, Father Major Ray, Stepmother Melodie Ray, brother Todd and Yvonne Ray, Niece Nicole and Jeremy Johnson, Nephew Todd and Jazzmine Ray Jr, great nieces/nephews Zoey Jones, Kaliyah, Grace, Connor, and E.J. Ray, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his mother Shirley Ray, grandparents Albert and Lena Mae Atkinson, AV and Leona Ray
The Memorial service will be 10:00am, Tuesday, January 3, 2022, in the chapel at Powell Funeral Service in Hominy, Oklahoma followed by committal at the A J Powell Memorial Cemetery in Hominy OK. Services and arraignments are being handled by Powell Funeral Service in Hominy, OK.
