Terri Floyd McCormick a resident of Henryetta passed away on May 20, 2007 in Henryetta at the age of 26. Born August 9, 1980 in Muskogee, OK. Terri work as a teacher for the Henryetta Head start program and attended the Henryetta Faith Fellowship while growing up.
She is preceded in death by a son; Dalton J. McCormick and a grandmother Elfreda Carmon.
Survived by her Husband: Billy McCormick of the home, Daughter: Kristin McCormick of the home, Mother: Ann Craig Bryan and husband Dwight of Henryetta Father; Ron Floyd of Illinois, Brothers: Paul Bryan of Henryetta, Ronald Wayne and Robert Lee Floyd of Illinois, Maternal Grandfather: Frank Polston of Muskogee Paternal Grandmother: Joyce Thomas of Chico, TX, Numerous aunt, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at the Dewar First Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Vance, officiating. Interment will be at the Salt Creek under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
