Irene Mildred Pierce, a resident of Henryetta was born January 31, 1927 in Dewar, Oklahoma to Mildred and L. L. Pierce. She passed away September 18, 2007 at Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 80 years 7 months and 17 days. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents: L.L. & Mildred Pierce, 1 Brother, Carl Pierce, a niece, Carlotta Jean Summers.

She is survived by 1 sister, Ruth Rhodes, Ft. Worth, Texas A sister in law, Florene Pierce, Henryetta, Oklahoma A host of nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, friends and other relatives.

Graveside Services will be held Friday, September 21, 2007 at 3:00 pm at Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Shurden Funeral Home.
