Ruth Nation Hess a resident of Henryetta passed away on May 29, 2007 in Tulsa, Ok at the age of 84. Born February 28, 1923 in Mississippi to Will Frank Pickle and Mildred Peugh Pickle. Ruth was a faithful member of the Henryetta First Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband Jake Hess on September 21, 2003.

Survived By Daughter: Katherine A. Wright of Denton, TX,2 Sons: James Nation of Denton, TX,Danny Nation of Amory, MS Step Daughter: Dorothy Walters of Cedar Bluff, MS,Sister; Katherine Patterson of Henryetta,Many grandchildren nieces and nephews.

Service will be 10:30 am, Thursday, May 31, 2007 at the Henryetta First Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Paslay officiating.

Interment will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
