Ethel Goodner a resident of Henryett passed away on June 5, 2005 in Henryetta at the age of 96.
Born March 31, 1909 in Ash Flatt, Arkansas to Elbert and Mary (Hackney) Ritchie.
Ethel married Albert Goodner on April 19, 1928 in Bowlegs,OK. She was a homemaker and a member of the Henryetta First Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband Albert Goodner, her parents, 2 sons; Albert and Gerald Goodner, 2 daughter; Doris Lee Goodner and Mary Dickens, 4 grandchildren and one great grandchild, 4 brothers and 4 sisters.
Survived by:5 Sons: Lloyd Goodner of Gilbert, AZ,Bill Goodner of Henryetta,Ray Goodner of Chandler, AZ, Clay Goodner of Tulsa, Bob Goodner of Henryetta, 2 Daughters: Stella Hold of Henryetta, Phyllis Suiter of Henryetta, 39 Grandchildren , 5 Great Grandchildren.
Service will be 2:00pm, Thursday, June 9, 2005 at the Dewar First Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Vance, officiating.
Interment will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
