Johnny Michael Fox passed away on March 1, 2006 at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma surrounded by family and many friends. Johnny was born in Henryetta, Ok on May 3, 1955. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and especially his OU games.

He is preceded in death y his father Waverly Glenn Fox and a brother Stephen Ray Fox.

Survived By Wife: Candyce Cale Fox of Oklahoma City,OK,Mother: Juanita Shandy of Henryetta,Brothers: Ronnie Fox and wife Patti of Henryetta,Jerry Fox and wife Tammy of Oklahoma City,OK,Sisters: Marilyn Butler and husband Bill of Lufkin,TX, Debbie Fisher and husband Don of Henryetta, Gail Guinn and husband Steven of Sun Ray, TX, Step Brother: Ray Shandy of Okemah,Step Sister: Jewel Phipps of Okemah, Several nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles and a lot of special friends.

Memorial service will be 10:00 am, Saturday, March 4, 2006 at the First Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Lowell Churchill officiating.

Interment will be at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
