Phyllis Williams a resident of Dewar, OK passed away on December 28, 2005 in Tulsa, Ok at the age of 49.
She was Born on January 26, 1956 in Morris, Ok to Charles W. and Sylvia May (Sevier) Mustin. She worked as a CMA and attended the Evangelistic Center in Henryetta.
She married Russell Williams in Henryetta, Ok on December 31, 1974. She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters; Lois Shoun and Jana Fay Mustin and a brother Paul Mustin.

Service will be 10:30 am, Saturday, December 31, 2005 at the First Baptist Church in Henryetta. Interment will follow at
the Middleton Chapel Cemetery in Wainwright,Ok under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
