LuVada “Jute” White a resident of the Grayson Community passed away on November 18, 2005 in Tulsa,Ok at the age of 86.
Born September 19, 1919 in Edna, Ok to Jospeh and Leola (Thomas) Jones. She married Auther White on June 9, 1939 in Tulsa,OK. She worked and a house cleaner and was and
assistant Pastor at the Holy Temple in Grayson,OK. She is preceded in death by her husband Auther on February 2, 2001, 2 Sons: Donald Thurman White and Thearther Lee White,
Grandchild: Orlando Taylor.
Survived by,Daughter: Florance Ann Taylor of Newark,CA,Son: James Edward White of Grayson,OK,4 Grandchildren,
11 Great Grandchildren,Brother: James H Jones of Kansas City,MO,Host of Relatives and Friends
Services will be 10:00am, Friday, November 26, 2005 at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Okmulgee,Ok officiated by Rev.
R.D. McConnell. Interment will follow at the Hawkins Cemetery in Hoffman, OK under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
