Leona West a Henryetta resident passed away on March 7, 2005 in Tulsa,Ok at the age of 82. Born October 6, 1922 in Hanna, Ok. She was a homemaker and a member of the Alabama Indian Baptist Church in Weleetka. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Lucas West and a granddaughter Jennifer West.
Survived By Children: Lawrence West of Catoosa,OK,Bill West of Henryetta,Sherman West of Holdenville,OK,Jeanette Davidson of Henryetta,7 Grandchildren,16 Great Grandchildren,Brother: Chester Fields of Muskogee.
Wake service will be held Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel.
Service will be 2:00pm Thursday, March 10, 2005 at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Frank Moppin officiating. Interment will follow at the Arbeka Indian Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
