Terry Dean Sumka a resident of Henryetta passed away on February 28, 2016 in Henryetta at the age of 54. Born August 8, 1961 to Foster and Lorene (Fry) Sumka. He was a carpenter by trade and a member of Hickory Ground #2 Indian Church.

Survived by his wife Martha of the home
Daughter: Teresa Sumka of Ft Cobb,OK
Sisters: Janet Lee of Henryetta, Ann Sumka of Henryetta and Loretta Sumka of Henryetta
Brothers: Jerry Sumka of Henryetta, Kenneth Sumka of Henryetta, Wayne Sumka of Earlsboro, Ok, Mark Sumka of Henryetta and Foster Sumka Jr of Tulsa
Mother Lorene Sumka of Henryetta

Wake service will be Wednesday Evening at the Yardeka Indian Church at 7:00 pm.

Funeral service will be 1:00 pm, Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the Yardeka Indian Church. Interment will be at the Sumka Family Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
