Juanita Sumka a Henryetta resident passed away on December 9, 2005 in Henryetta at the age of 49.
Born March 1, 1956 in Henryetta,Ok to Benjamin and Lucille (Smith) Sumka. Juanita worked as a nurse’s aid and attended the Yardeka Indian Baptist Church.
Her parents, brother Benjamin and a niece LaDonna Sumka precede her in death.
