William Kenneth Owens a resident of Henryetta passed away on February 23, 2005 in Henryetta at the age of 48.
Born March 24, 1956 in Enid, Oklahoma to Billy Ray and Janice Owens. Mr. Owens retired from the US Navy after 21 years of service. He was a member of AA. His parents,
grandfather Bertie Owens and Grandparents William and Margaret Clinesmith, precede him in death.
