Glendell "Glenn" Wayne Williams

February 4, 1942 - March 9, 2017/center>

Glendell (Glenn) Wayne Williams passed away on March 9, 2017. He was born on February 4, 1942 in Elmore City, Oklahoma, to T.O. (Bud) and Vera Williams. He married the love of his life, Jean, on December 15, 1961, and had 46 wonderful years together. He is at peace and with mom now. Glenn was a truck driver and owned Brown's Day and Night Wrecker Service before he retired. Dad worked hard all his life. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, and having a vegetable garden. He was opinionated and gruff at times, but really was a softie at heart. He was known to help anyone who needed help. His family and friends were special to him and he enjoyed spending time with them. He was proud of his daughters and grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Sherri Williams and friend Randy Davis; Teresa Williams; Glenda Hudson, and husband David. He is also survived by his grandchildren Nick Rosser and Rheannan Williams. Other survivors include his loving sister and brothers, Helen Adcox; Hershel Williams and wife Dena; Jerry Don Williams and Donnie Williams; his brother-in-law Jimmy Nelson and wife Kathleen; as well as many nephews, nieces, and friends. A special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and nurse's aides at Southwest Integris Hospital.
Visitation for Glenn will be held on Monday, March 13, 2017 from 9am to 8pm at Ford Funeral Service. Services will be on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at 10am at the Candlewood Chapel at Ford Funeral Service, with burial to follow at Sunnylane Cemetery.
