E. Dee Moore

October 30, 1930 - August 20, 2012

Evelyn Dolores Moore, "DEE", was born on October 30, 1930 in Oklahoma City, OK. She passed from this life on Monday August 20th, 2012. She received her Masters in Education from University of Central Oklahoma and her PHD from University of Oklahoma. She retired as a renowned Educator for the Oklahoma City Public School District. She was an amazing and accomplished woman who loved her family more than anything.
Survived by husband Wendell Moore of 58 years, 2 sons Michael of Colorado, Gary of Texas, and 1 daughter Penny of Noble, OK. Also survived by brother Donald of Maryland, 4 grandchildren. 1 great grandchild, 1 cousin Linda of Texas, a host of nieces and nephews, and many beloved friends. She will forever be in our hearts as a mother and grandmother whose love had no end. We will love you and miss you deeply. Burial service 11:00 am., Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Sunny Lane Cemetery, Del City, OK.
