Kathleen June McCain

November 27, 1934 - June 3, 201

Kathleen "June" McCain, 77, of Midwest City passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2012. June was born Nov. 27, 1934 in Oklahoma City, OK to Alonso Harrison and Viola Lee (Williamson) Bryant. She graduated from Capital Hill High School. She was an owner of Smith Hardware in Midwest City, OK for over 20 years. June enjoyed gathering with friends and family especially fishing trips to Lake Texoma. She was preceded in death by her son Terry Lynn "Bear" McCain, her sisters Gladys Lahoma Weber, Veda May Dolph, and Katherine JoAnn Hardin. She is survived by her husband Clarence Jefferson "Corky" McCain; daughter Pamela Sue Kennedy-Fendley husband William Fendley of Hockley, TX; 4 grandchildren Phillip Bryan Kennedy wife Jodi Renee Kennedy of Spring, TX, SSG Samuel Neal Kennedy wife Kimberly Kennedy, Zachary Ryan McCain wife Danielle C. McCain of Midwest City, Amber Renee McCain- Scovill of Norman, OK; 6 great grandchildren Ethan and Aiden Kennedy, Jordan and Devon Rae Kennedy her mother Yohanna Wiese, Anthony and Jasmine Scovill; sisters Lafern Carol Barnes husband Joe B. Barnes of Midwest City, OK, Geraline Ruth Gutowsky of Helena, MT and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at the funeral home chapel Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. with interment at Sunnylane Cemetery in Del City, OK. Services to be officiated by Paul McCain.
